As part of a nationwide campaign to inform about a new digital solution that makes it possible for citizens over 60 to opt out of resuscitation attempts in the event of cardiac arrest, The Danish Health Data Authority (SDS) reached out to me to direct and animate a series of short films that was to be shown on social media and information screens in the healthcare system.

Additional Films
Below are three additional short-form animations created specifically for social media. These videos were shorter in length, featured no voice-over, and were produced in both 1:1 and 16:9 formats.
The goal was to convey the core message quickly and effectively to suit the fast-paced nature of online platforms.

Preproduction
It was important to the client that the style would strike the right balance between realistic and stylised characters and environments. The tone needed to be serious and informed, yet still approachable.
During the early stages, we explored a warm autumn-inspired palette of oranges and browns. However, based on thoughtful client feedback, we shifted the overall mood and color scheme toward fresher, spring-like tones with more greens and blues. This adjustment was made to gently avoid any unintended associations between autumn (often symbolizing the end of life) and the campaign’s subject matter.
